First Concrete Pour on our Chapelizod Site

Bennett commenced on our Chapelizod Site, Tristan Square in late 2021.  The project, located on the site of a disused factory, comprises the design and construction of 172 apartments together with an internal communal area.

Works are progressing well, with the old factory now demolished, and the bulk excavation for the new building has begun. 

Block B South's basement bulk excavation is complete, and Block C is on schedule. 

Detailed excavation for the core and column bases of pours 1 and 2 is complete, as is associated under slab drainage and ducting for the associated concrete pours.

The first concrete pour took place today, with over 400m3 being poured on site. 

The installation of the ESB substation is scheduled for completion in early May, with ESB receiving a certificate of completion.
