We are delighted to share that Bennett Construction have recently been appointed as the Principal Contractor on Phase 6 of Millbrook Park, Mill Hill, London, NW7.  

The works will involve the provision of 257 fully fitted and serviced residential units, including 17 two bed duplex apartments and 240 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms in 2 blocks , each with a podium, ground floor commercial units, ground floor retail units plus under croft parking and all associated external works.

Phase 6 is located at the South Eastern corner of the wider Millbrook Park site within the semi-rural suburban area of Mill Hill, London Borough of Barnet. 

The site was formerly used as a military barracks and council waste depot and thereof the Millbrook Park site was used as Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Workshop which was later converted to a Vehicle Maintenance Depot.

Works are due to commence on site in March.
