We are delighted to announce that Bennett have been appointed by Hyde on Lot 6 of their £2BN main contractor framework. The scope of works will differ under each contract, but the programme primarily covers construction works for new-build residential with the possibility of some ancillary retail and commercial development.

The works in Lot 6 are for projects in London above £10m in value.

Our success on this framework demonstrates our commitment to further growth in the residential sector in London. We look forward to working with Hyde and to deliver its planned development programme.
