Bennett were the design & build contractor on this exciting project in West Ealing.
Phase 1 provides for apartments in three buildings ranging in height from 5 to 12 storeys above a one storey podium, which provides undercroft car parking for 37 vehicles.
The buildings are connected by two 2-storey infill blocks. Between each of the buildings, lies communal amenity areas on the podium deck and an upper level roof garden. Each dwelling has their own private balcony or terrace.
A centralised plant system provides heating / hot water to all apartments with cooling to south facing market apartments.
