The new development is spilt into 2 Phases
- Phase 1 - Residential element
- Phase 2 - Commercial Office element.
There are 5 buildings to be constructed (Blocks A - E) ranging from 1 to 14 storeys in height above lower ground and basement levels (3 no. levels).
The development includes circa 53,000 sq.m of commercial office floorspace in Blocks A, B and C and 22,000sq.m of residential accommodation in Blocks D and E, providing a total of 299 no. build to rent residential units.
