Bennett Construction Ltd carried out refurbishment and fit-out works at the new Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) offices which are based on the ground and first floors of the existing Commerz Bank building in Guild Street, Dublin 1.   

Bennett constructed the original building for Commerz Bank in 1999.  As a result of the good relationship established during this project with the key landlord personnel and through the demonstration of workmanship from other similar projects, Bennett were appointed the main contractor on this project.
