Following on from the successful completion of GMV Phase 3, Bennett were appointed as the Design & Build Contactor for phase 5 of the development.
The works included the design, erection and completion of 112 residential units comprising of 16 townhouses, 62 apartments, 11 maisonettes and 23 affordable homes together with extensive external works.
