The works involved the construction of the Phase 2 extension to the existing distribution centre in Kilcock for the Musgrave Group.
It comprised of 132,500 sq.ft. of ambient warehouse with an internal height to the underside of roof structure of 12 metres.
The structure was a steel frame with cladding. The project also included semi detached pods containing goods in and despatch offices, staff canteen and battery charging facilities.
