The structure form of the building was of steel portals in a 4 bay configuration with an eaves height of 14.5m and an apex of 17m.  

The cladding to the perimeter was a composite insulated panel over blockwork base walls with acrylic render finish.  Composite decking forms the roof with integrated roof lights and smoke vents.

The ground conditions necessitated the installation of 2100 precast piles to depth of approx 8m.  

The internal concrete slab of is a high quality FM2 finish to facilitate the provision of the extensive warehouse racking system.  The project involved full M&E and Sprinkler, 15 dock levellers and all associated service installations.
