The project consisted of the demolition of existing warehouse units and the development of a mixed use scheme over a common basement. 

The commercial element contains 9,500m2 of Grade A commercial office space spanning over 9 floors.

The residential elevement of the development (The Benson Building)  contains 72 premium A rated apartments over 11 floors.

The extensive mixed use development also included 203m2 cafe/retail unit, ESB substation, basement carparking, bicycle spaces, changing/shower area, services and plant, landscaping including a new communal courtyard, public plaza and portion of Chocolate Park public open space. 

Sustainability played a key part in the development which has achieved “LEED Gold V4” certification and a BER A3 rating.
