Bennett were the main contractor on the retail fitout of Penneys store on O'Connell Street in Dublin.

This project involved the refurbishment of the existing live retail floors in advance of the centenary celebrations in March 2016.

This included new mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler installations to the entire building, and replacement of existing escalators and lift cars.
