This fast track fit out project for the OPW Headquarters incorporated the full integration of all furniture, AV requirements, catering requirements, meeting pods and bespoke ceiling systems. 

The project was won by competitive tender following the successful completion of the Design Build Contract for the Shell & Core. The overall floor area is 8000m2. This naturally ventilated building is at the leading edge of Sustainable Construction and was designed to achieve a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. 

Due to the shape of the structure all elements of the fit out were designed radically which challenged the design and installation.
