This project was built on a green field site was circa 2.82 Ha in size.  The development consisted of a building of approx 7,800m2 which was predominantly a single storey high bay building split between manufacturing and warehousing.  Part of the building is two storey incorporating stepped roofing for concealment of roof plant.
