The project comprised of the construction of a collection of luxury 83 contemporary apartments located in a 15 storey building, a separate 5 storey building fronting the high street which incorporated 15 affordable intermediate units and also A1 commercial space on the ground floor.
The project was built directly over a Network Rail tunnel and adjacent to a London Overground Rail station with significant deep basement works and temporary works necessary to ensure no interruptions to rail services throughout the project
Our client was extremely satisfied with the quality of the project, and the level of finishes achieved throughout.
