Seven of the homes were designed for residents in wheelchairs.  The development also 350m² of new retail units. 

Dilapidated buildings in the centre of Wood Green were demolished to make way for the much needed affordable housing for local residents.
The works utilised modern methods of construction with light-weight pre panelised metal frame building to allow for the spatial challenges on site.
