Locke at Broken Wharf is a 113 room hotel with a bar, restaurant, lounge and coworking space.
Bennett were the Design & Build Contractor on this project which consisted of converting an existing 1970’s office building into a 113-bed apart hotel. The building had to be completely gutted to accommodate the hotel's facilities.
The building consisted of six floors of bedrooms, the ground floor which houses the restaurant area, reception area and foyer while the basement houses the gym, staff facilities, storage, plant rooms etc.
