Bennett were the main contractor on this educational and research facility for Dublin City University, which was constructed within a live university campus.

The building had over 3,000 sq.m. of gross internal area consisting of offices, laboratories and over 1,000 sq.m. of cleanrooms, ancillary areas including gas bottle compound for medical gases.

The cleanroom suites on the second floor have a specialist walk on ceiling with access to the roof level plantroom.

The building was very highly serviced with intense co-ordination required to ensure that the installation of services ran smoothly.

The project involved the reinstatement of the external finishes where services and utilities were altered and the installation of paved surfaces to match existing levels.
