The project involved the design & construction of a 125 Bed (3 star) hotel and an underground carpark (220 spaces).

This formed part of an overall mixed use development, including 154 apartments, a 2,000m² retail space and a 4,000m² office development. 

The project also involved the demolition by explosion of an existing 14 storey tower block, whilst construction work continued elsewhere on site.
