The project comprised of 170 units across 12 blocks, which also included retail space, apartments, town and courtyard houses.

Facing brickwork as main façade material. Coloured cladding to entrances and 5th floors of apartment buildings. Brick detailing Biodiverse planting at roof level of apartment buildings 302A+D, 303E+H and 304J+M.Metal cladding to upper floors of 4-storey townhouses 302B, 303F and 304L.

The development is within a short walk of both North Greenwich Station to the north (approx. 12-15mins), where Jubilee Line Underground Services can be accessed, and Westcombe Park and Maze Hill Stations to the south, where mainline rail services are available. Good vehicular access is available to the site. The A102 (M) Blackwall Tunnel approach is located to the south of the site and this links the site with the wider national road network.
